Jointly organized by the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Roorkee, and the Biotech Research Society, India (BRSI)
Accommodation for Plenary and Invited speakers will be arranged by the organizers.
Contributory delegates must make their own arrangements for accommodation. Some limited accommodation is available in the hostels in the campus for men and women which will be allotted to the registered delegates on first come-first served basis. Details for this will be provided shortly.
Following accommodation is available for the contributory delegates who have registered for the conference by paying the registration fee which can be booked in advance by paying the booking amount in full and will be allotted on first come-first served basis.
1.) Accommodation inside the campusA: Hostel for male delegates: All rooms are on sharing basis.
1. With common washroom: Rs 200 + 12% GST for each bed 2. With attached washroom: Rs 350 + 12% GST for each bed 3. Himgiri Apartment double sharing rooms: Rs 400 + 12% GST each bed
B: Hostel for female delegates: All rooms are on sharing basis.
1. With common washroom: Rs 200 + 12% GST for each bed 2. With attached washroom: Rs 350 + 12% GST for each bed 3. AC room with common washroom: Rs 700 + 12% GST each bed2.) Accommodation outside the campus – Motel Divine (100 m from the campus)
Note: Above rates include room charges only and do not include breakfast/food, etc.
How to book:
To book the accommodation, please send a mail with your name, address including mobile phone and email id, registration number for the conference, type of accommodation required (i- A1/A2/A3/B1/B2/B3, or ii- 1/2/3), number of beds required, period of accommodation required (arrival on/departure on) to Mr Shubham Aggarwal: Email: shubham_a@bt.iitr.ac.in, Phone: 874-408-6979 to check the availability, then make the payment on the QR code sent by him (also given the bottom of this doc) and inform him with screen shot of the payment.
Note that there is only a limited accommodation as above which will be allotted on first come-first served basis.
